### 설명

<mark style="color:purple;">`하랑이랑`</mark>은 인터랙티브 코딩 서비스로, 엔트리나 스크래치처럼 코딩을 통해 캐릭터를 움직일 수 있는 코딩 툴이에요.

한글 코딩을 통해 하랑이 캐릭터를 직접 움직이거나 회전시키거나 크기를 조절할 수 있어요.

약속 놀이터에서는 우측 상단의 `하랑이랑` 버튼을 눌러 <mark style="color:purple;">`하랑이랑`</mark>을 사용할 수 있고,\
실습 화면에서는 우측 상단의 `하랑이랑` 버튼을 눌러 <mark style="color:purple;">`하랑이랑`</mark>을 사용할 수 있어요.
